After completing my graduation, I ventured into various business activities and gained valuable experience as an entrepreneur. When I first learned about the MSME Promotion Council of India (MSME PCI), I conducted extensive research through various sources, including social media and official platforms. The vision and objectives of MSME PCI greatly impressed me. Coming from a middle-class family, I personally understand the financial challenges faced by aspiring entrepreneurs and small business owners. My struggles during my college days remain fresh in my memory and have inspired me to contribute towards the upliftment of financially deprived entrepreneurs and enterprises.

This motivation encouraged me to associate with MSME PCI and work towards empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises. I strongly believe that supporting MSMEs can help create self-sustainable businesses, generate employment opportunities, strengthen local economies, and improve the standard of living in both rural and urban areas.

As an entrepreneur, I have already conducted market surveys and analyzed the economic landscape of Arunachal Pradesh to identify suitable opportunities for the effective implementation of MSME schemes and projects. Based on my assessment, several flagship initiatives have significant potential to promote entrepreneurship, self-employment, and industrial growth in the state. These include:

In my professional capacity as an entrepreneur and proprietor, I have consistently coordinated with senior management, contractors, clients, and employees to ensure smooth project execution. I have established effective monitoring systems that enable me to receive daily progress reports from team members, ensuring transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.

Furthermore, I possess experience in project planning, cost evaluation, budgeting, and resource management. I have successfully applied cost-control techniques to minimize project expenses without compromising quality, safety, or operational efficiency. My leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills have enabled me to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client satisfaction.
