Being a professional engineer cum proprietor, I always believe in team work and hard work. When MSME was introduced, I did some research about it on social media and that impressed me a lot because I also belongs from a middle class family during my college days. Those days was stuck in my mind and I fondly became interested to work with MSME PCI for poor and financially deprived enterprises so that they can become self sustainable and can generate employment in rural and urban areas.
As an entrepreneur, I had already surveyed the market strategy of Arunachal Pradesh for suitable implementation of MSME scheme/projects for growing entrepreneur/enterprises for self sustainable and employment generation for qualified youth and enterprises. According to me, most suitable project for Arunachal Pradesh is LEAN, RTGS, PMEGP, MUDRA loan, start ups, AIF, CGTMSE etc.
Lastly,As a professional cum proprietor I always coordinated with senior members and supervised contractor, clients, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the reports of daily activities of each staffs by end of the day. I used cost evaluation techniques and calculation and ensure to keep the project cost minimum without losing quality and efficiency.
